You notice Kong is holding a dagger? The dagger is hidden inisde his special slingshot. To use the dagger, he has to shake a short downward movement and the dagger will be thrusted out. Look below to see his slingshot with dagger. His special slingshot was given to him by his grandpa and it is inherited from his ancestor. Its name is StabShot.

In thief class 1E, Daaz is teaching his students how to pick lock using one of the thief’s treasures: skull pick lock tool which looks just like a normal key to hide its capability.

Kong always keeps it in his pouch. It is brand new. He never has the chance to use it, or rather; he has no idea how to use it. “I will possess the HOLY pick lock skill very soon!” Kong says to himself.

He studies very closely how Daaz performs the pick lock skill on a locked treasure box and busy scribbling down the steps in his small and old note book.

First Tale, Part V - Back to Training

Kong, as usual, is excited to be back to his class again. He misses all his classmates.

Mite is happy as well, as he can sense that some big tasks will be assigned to him. He love challenges and willing to take on assigments where he can show off his skills.

First Tale, Part IV – On Christmas Day

Kong wishes to be a snowman and exhibits himself on Christmas Day for Ethor Town peasants and travelers visiting Ethor Town. Kong’s classmates rolled Kong on a pile of snow and put a yellow cone on his nose and slotted his slingshot into the thick layer of snow as the Snowman hand. Kong stations at the west of Ethor Town on Christmas Day. He feels good when the snow falling on him.

Mite and his classmates pose like a Christmas tree at the center of Ethor Town on Christmas Day. Mite, holding the BIG Christmas tree STAR, shines like a Superstar. He always want to be the Super Warrior of Great Alp Training Academy.

The Darkwalker volunteers to be the Santa Claus and sneaks into every house in Ethor Town one hour before the clock strikes twelve midnight, celebrating the arrival of Christmas Day. He places Christmas presents at the doorway of the bedrooms, hoping to give a morning surprise to the folks, especially the children of Ethor Town, on Christmas Day.

Kong and Mite are also selected by their respective trainers to give away Santa hats and socks to all Ethor Town folks. Everyone are to wear them as sleeping hat and blanket to cover for warmth when going to bed on Christmas Eve and Day as a Christmas celebration custom.

First Tale, Part III - Master Priest's Announcement

Master Priest says to his trainers and students, “I have a very important announcement to make! Three months later, it will be Christmas day! All trainers and students of Great Alp Training Academy are to play a part in this year Christmas celebration. All of you have to think of how you can promote “Save Environment Together” message to the folks of Ethor Town on Christmas day.”

He continues, “Please think through on this Christmas celebration project for the three months and share with your trainers. Trainers will be able to help…or you can come to me if you have encountered any problem.”

First Tale, Part III - Master Priest's Announcement

Again, everyone is whispering to one another, asking what the urgency of the call for, but none knows the answer. In front of them, the Master Priest walks up the stage in his usual fast, yet graceful pace and stops at the centre of the stage…

First Tale, Part II - Kong and Mite Meet

In Ethor Town, while Kong is heading towards his house, he comes across a big crack on the ground. Though he remembers the reminder from Master Priest to stay away from the crack, his in-born curiosity actuated him to examine it. As he bends his body to see it closely, his slingshot falls from his belt into the crack. He tries to pull his slingshot out but it is stuck. He continues to use all his strength to pull it out but it is in vain.

Mite who is also on the way home, sees Kong is struggling to pull something out from the ground. “What is he pulling? A huge giant worm?” wonders Mite. He runs towards Kong and he asks if he needs help.

Mite, “Erm, big guy…you need help?”

Kong, “Yes..yes..my slingshot gets stuck inside. I try to pull but…could you…”

Before, Kong could finish his sentence; Mite jumps onto the crack and holds out his axe.

Mite, “Ok, stay back…is time to show the power of my mighty axe~!”

Mite strikes at the crack, the land shakes vigorously and tiny bits of stones fly out. Instantaneously, the crack tears open widely.

Mite picks up Kong’s slingshot with apparent ease. He passes it to Kong. Kong is totally amazed by Mite’s strength and his mighty axe.

Kong thanks Mite for helping him to retrieve back his beloved slingshot and soon they become friends.

Students and trainers gathered and filled up the vast assembly ground. Everyone is whispering to each other, asking what the urgency of the call for, but none knows the answer. In front of them, the Master Priest walks up the stage in a fast, yet graceful pace, as if he is sliding on an ice floor. He stops at the centre of the stage and says, “Is coming to the end of the first day of school and I have to make an urgent announcement to inform you all to be careful when traveling back to Ethor Town (耳塔城镇). Ethor Chief has notified us that land cracks appeared in Ethor Town this morning. Please stay away from the cracks. Do not worry. I have sent two High Order Priests to Ethor Town to look into this matter. Now is a good time that I want to emphasize our mission and it is also your mission to save the environment. Our environment is getting bad and I predict the worst is soon to come. Each one of you has to learn your skills well in order to accomplish this mission.”

By the time, Master Priest finished the announcement; it is five o’clock in the evening and is time for all students to travel home, to Ethor Town.

Unexpectedly, the Academy bell rings off, resonating to every corner of Great Alp Training Academy. It alerts all the trainers and students. All trainers are to lead the students to the assembly ground. The top of the Academy has an urgent announcement to make.

"Hopefully, it is not bad news..." Daaz mumbled to himself.

Daaz was giving lecture on how to sneak like a thief, one of the fundamental skills for thieves.

Daaz told the class, "you have to bend your body forward at an angle of 30 degree and hold your breath when performing this skill. Another thing to note is only grasp for air after 3 hours later."

Kong and the rest of his classmates were shocked, "3 HOURS!!!"

Kong wondered, "Will I still be alive after sneaking?"

“Thievery Basic” is the first lesson in the first day of school for Kong and his classmates. Kong and his classmates are waiting in the classroom, eagerly to find out what will be taught under this subject. However, Kong is more anxious and excited to meet the famous Thief Master, Daaz who will be the one to train them. Seldom being called as his real name - Daaz, instead the folks like to call him “The Darkwalker”. As the Thief Master loves to move in the dark, sleep in the shadows and visit the nearby town only in the night.

“BANG~!” The door of the classroom swings open….

Kong arrived early to school this morning. It is his first day of school in Great Alp Training Academy. He told himself that he got to wake up early. He is so excited about it that he couldn't sleep well last night. He reached school at 5:30am. He was 30 minutes earlier. He roamed around the school, searching for the assembly location. Finally, he saw the wooden board saying, "All thieves, please queue HERE!". "Aha! Great! I am the first one to queue up." He smiled happily.

At about 6:00am......
